Returns:
You have 30 days after receiving your merchandise to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization. The merchandise must be in its original packaging. Merchandise will be inspected upon its return. If anything has been installed, credit will not be issued. If the inspection is approved, credit will be issued less the manufacturers restocking fee. Any merchandise shipped back without an RGA will be refused and credit will not be issued.
Defective Merchandise:
You have 10 days after receipt of merchandise to report any damages. Saba Lighitng will give you a refund or replace defective material at your request.
Exchanges:
Please call customer service if you wish to exchange product. Saba Lighting will try to waive any restocking fees.
